If you are still confused about healthy skin and nutrition, this is a good, down-to-earth book for introducing the novice to internal skin care. It certainly beats the pants off of college and university text books. For the people who still think that vitamin C is only good for curing scurvy, The Wrinkle Cure is enlightening to the importance of the right nutrients for healthy, youthful skin. I liked the simple explanations why certain nutrients work and the studies surrounding the use of these nutrients. Much of the information is common knowledge around the health wise crowd. Well-written.

I got them all at Wal-Mart for a few bucks a bottle. The suppliments are great and they all make sense. Perricone can sell the listed suppliments for as much as he wants. There are good/bad carbs, right. Vitimin C is good for you, right. Use your common sense.
